April 3, 200422 yr I was at my work today and went in to get my paycheck and... Well, I should explain myself first. I work at a hotel. My job consists of me sitting behind a counter and pretending to care about people's problems ('cause I don't) and actually doing my job on study breaks. Anyways, some dude blew his brains out in our hotel. Pretty weird, pretty freaky. I kind of want to see it myself, because I've seen enough rooms that had lots of blood on them (enough so that when the mattress was flipped blood poured out onto the carpet) that it SEEMED like someone was killed. But, I was wondering what one looked like when someone ACTUALLY killed themselves. I wonder if there was brain matter on the wall? Actually, one of the housekeepers walked in on the poor schmoe's prone, dead figure. I'll have to as her these questions and more.
April 3, 200422 yr Author Customer service issues aside, it's a normal hotel and one of the better ones I've seen in the area. All hotel's policy is to flip the bed when there's excessive aounts of blood in it, too. Wouldn't be such a problem if people weren't so disgusting.

Yeah I always try not to think whats under those sheets.
April 3, 200422 yr Author Some loser killed himself. I don't see the big deal. Sorry, but I have trouble feeling sorry for someone like that. The big deal would have been, if I was working (doing my homework) and said screw it and left the dead body in there for two days.
April 3, 200422 yr You shouldn't feel sorry for him. He's definitely a loser, I'm just sayin I'm not sure I'd be so eager to see brain matter all over the wall. Also, the policy with the beds is wierd.
April 3, 200422 yr That's very interesting. I'd like to see that. I write horror short stories so I'm into that. It would help me with decribing murders and settings.
April 3, 200422 yr Author Most, if not EVERY hotel has that policy. If there's blood in the bed, they flip it over. Who has the money to buy a new mattress everytime weird crap happens (and trust me, they flip a mattress in a room at least once to twice a week). Unless you're staying at a hotel where it costs more than a hundred bucks to stay a night, those mattresses ain't getting changed. Can't help it, I've never seen a dead body. I wanna' see one.

I know about that policy. My mom used to work in a hotel. You've just gave me an idea for a story... :shifty
April 3, 200422 yr The guy with the shifty eyes did it. It is always him, not the obvious inept moron who was coincidently near the crime scene leaving behind a crap load of evidence.
April 4, 200422 yr I somewhat feel sorry for them. I have a suicidal friend, but the thing is it that she always tells me she's going to kill herself, but whenever I tell her not to do it and try to reach out she doesn't listen. When I don't say anything, she says I don't care. She goes to therapy. She has a good family. Honestly sometimes I think she's just a drama queen. I just don't know what to do anymore. I feel some sympathy for suicidal victioms, but sometimes it's like "whatever". I guess for me it depends on what was happening around them to drive them to kill themselves...
