It turns out we didn't get anything at all.

 

Howard has been optioned to Albuquerque.

I figured thats what they would do. He's not ready just yet. He might be a mid-season promotion.

    The Mets are trying to trade Rickey Bottalico before they are forced to release him. I think he would be a very solid pickup.

     

    Also, the Orioles have designated John Stephens for assignment. I think he is worth picking up and adding to AAA. Stephens may remind you of Justin Wayne...he is a light thrower....but I think he could be a diamond in the rough.
