Hey since you live in IL I have a question to ask you. I just recently moved to SE Minnesota in a town called Rochester. I am like 5 hours away from Wrigley field and I am trying to score some tickets for the Sept 11 (SAT) Marlins game at Wrigley. I wouldn't mind meeting up with you if you were willing to go, but I tried getting tickets on Ticket Master and that is a no go. Do you know where I can score some tickets for that game? Preferably decent seats, since I don't plan on making many more trips out to Wrigley, I would like it to be memorable. =)

I haven't looked through it much...so I can't tell you much about it. Marlins series is toward the bottom(Sept.) It's tough to get tickets for the Cubs...the fans actually have a decent team to cheer for.

 

First time that I saw the Marlins live was in 1993 at Wrigley. There was a sports store across the street and I bought a Marlins jacket...they darn near gave it away. I was in heaven. It's wearing out and I have a couple of nicer ones...but it still brings back memories.

I kno how you feel. I live in near DC but go to college at Elon(Jack's Hometown) When he came here to speak after winning the World Series there was not any other people wearing marlins gear but me. But thats why I come here so I can talk to Marlins fans

Ummm... there are only three parking gates open... we'll be there around 10-10:30 playing catch and eating... one good lookin' kid in a Dontrelle, a bigger kid, looks more like he's 20 with him and a lady... lol
