Big Cat interested in marlins

He hasn't played this season

I see no use for this guy, well other than maybe a mentor but...ehhh

We have enough players that play 3rd as farmer fran said, he can't play OF anyways, and we have enough PH's.

Plus, he's almost 43 and has been through a lot physically.

Like I said, it would just eat up money that could be used on more needed things.

It's nice he wants to play for us, but it would be just overloading.

He can't play 3B anyways, so don't worry about us being overloaded at that position. TealMonster is wrong about him playing 3B last year, at least according to every online site I can find.

He's a 1B only. It's not a bad pickup is Cordero is out for a long while. We don't have any RH power on the bench.

Big Cat hasnt played 3B since 1996 for 1 inning in Colorado

just 1B for him

i want Choi to be the regular starter at first base, no more of this platooning stuff.

I feel the same way. They sat him against lefty's, and he did good against one the other night, there's no reason to be sitting the kid, he should play!!!

You could have said the same thing for Lenny Harris last year.

We had enough guys that can play outfield. Banks, T-Ho, Cabrera, Conine, Pierre, Encarnacion. With our infield last year, he wasn't going to platoon either.

But he's a big ass teddy bear. And a good pinch hitter, too. D-Train and JP love him. The team appriciates him and we fans love him too.

Sign Andres and make him a pimp.
