Through this offensive slump, we continue to make good contact. It is very strange...that's why I think we need to let Robinson go or have some help brought in. The raw talent is there to make contact, but to get the most out of it.....nope.

 

Pavano gave us the chance to win, but we couldn't. Carl is the most valuable player on this team right now.

 

Mike Lowell is on a tear. Miggy is starting to heat up, but he still has a ways to go.

 

Manzanillo is doing really well.

 

JP is starting to snap out of it.

 

We are starting to wakeup.

I think the offense is fine. Right now, they are trying too hard and are not playing the same style they were last year. But lately, small ball has started to creep back. JP got thrown out at 2nd and you see him thinking bunt. Even Castillo was thinking bunt. Conine is hitting the ball too. Choi is playing really well.

Rosey will be in Houston working with Roger Clemens, Randy Johnson, and others... not Billy Koch. The entire Marlins coaching staff is going to Houston for the allstar game, not just Jack. So unless Billy Koch comes along for the trip, Rosey won't be working with him during the break.
