Who was at this afternoon's game?

Featured Replies

yeah it was a lot of fun, the crowd was really energetic and into the game

did you guys see that "WE WANT SHAQ" sign in the upper deck?

I didn't go to the photo day thing, I got there like a half hour before the game started so it was long over I'm guessing.

I got there at around 12:30 and there was a big line at Gate B. But I had my mother make the line so I could go get my tickets at will call and by the time I got back everyone had already gone in. So I got my cap and walked out to the warning track. Most of the player came out. Except for Castillo and D-Train. It was pretty fun. I got to take pics with almost all the players. I didnt take one with Perisho or Easly because I dont like them that much. But I congratulated Benitez on the save and asked McKeon if he had any surprises for us today. He said no. And I told Miguel he needed a haircut but he's like "No porque si me corto el pelo entonces no meto mas homeruns". And I started laughing. It was fun. And the game was great. Al Leiter really got worked. So many fouls hit by one of Gonzalez's AB's and Pierre's. He really had to be pulled out. I wonder how many pitches Leiter threw.

The "We Want Shaq" sign was great...

I missed Niners Grand Slam, I was at the Card Show in Club Level.

I waited by the buses afterwords, FINALLY got Tom Glavine to sign for me. He was signing for awhile out there (15-20.min). Really classy guy.

yeah the sign was above the 140 sections

it was just funny because it came outta nowhere and it's a baseball game but hey apparently, people here excited about it and they should be.

and i witnessed a touching little story about this little kid that got JP's groundrule double ball, it was adorable

I was there also and it seemed that I was surrounded by Mets fans so it was a blast getting the win. The Fish fan were out cheering them and letting them know that they are owned by the D-Train.

I had an amazing time. I gave Manzy a high five. Manzy was great. He was so awesome with the fans. I told Benitez to keep up the good work (his words were "I will"). I took pics with most of the players (Miggs, JP, Mikey, Redmond, Mordy, Choi, Alex, etc).

For those who missed Photo Day, go next year because it was definitely an amazing experience.
