The Phils don't need to fire Bowa, they need to gut the team and start over. The 4th game down here, I arrived 2 hours early and the only one running and doing excerises was Thome. The entire Marlins team was out, but the only Phillie was thome until Abbott joined in. It's not Bowa, it's the players.
