In his first 2 starts LH starter Jason Vargas has gone 15IP while striking out 14 batters. He allowed only 3H, 2BB, and 0HR to register a 0.60ERA. Hopefully a sign of good things to come.

Yeah I've made a couple threads about him. In his last outing he went 7 innings with out giving up a hit. The bats were able to finish the no-hitter also. I think he may be pitching tonight.

I really was excited when they picked him in the 2nd round unlike my reaction to the Tankersley pick.

No if someone disrespects the traditions of the game, he makes sure to let them know about it. Kind of sounds like a guy who likes to be a leader

And the next pitch after he threw it over the guys head the guy still laid down a bunt and Vargas made a nice play in the field and threw him out and then stared him down as he returned to the dugout. Now thats Bad Ass.

When has Beckett ever been agressive inside maybe once against Sosa and he probably did't meen to, so are you saying Pedro has a Beckett attitude, a Beckett attitude is sorta like, I don't care im the man, Vargas's has a, don't F*** with me attittude, theres a difference.
