Well we split and thats good enough for me all things considered.

 

I happen to be sitting in the same seats as I was last year for Game 1 of the NLCS and the people around me were the same from them too. Scored myself a few free drinks in game 1 but sadly had to buy 2 rounds in game 2.

 

imo, the game ended in game 2 after Enc decided to run like a doofus.

 

Oh well, take game 3 tomorrow and we will be in prime position.

I agree with Ramp that the offense was at fault for game 2. If you're throwing out a 6th starter, whether he be a A-baller, AAA-baller, major league or washed up vet, you need to score runs.

 

Did you enjoy the game, Ramp? Any thing funny happen that you care to share?

both games were fun(obviously more fun in game 1).... i think if we can score in the first inning to atleast trot Logan out there with some support things would have been different...

 

the educated know Kensing will be a nice cog in our rotation or bully for years to come so I am not too worried about him, just unfortunate that I missed seeing my boy Hutch because of an arm problem

I was expecting a split...not a sweep. And we got just that. Carl did amazing, the offense was good in game 1 (which is what matters since we are using them for the rest of our games). We went with a single A pitcher and our "B" lineup so it wasnt as if we were going to score a lot of runs anyways. Good day over all.....The Astros lost :thumbup

Well, technically we won the road part of the DH, and lost the game that was originally scheduled for Pro Player.
