i'm currently in the midst of reading a huge list of baseball people's biography's

 

i've already finished ruth, teddy ballgame, ty cobb, and i'm finishing up joe D right now

 

i currently have Honus Wagner, Shoeless Joe (that should be good), and Walter Johnson on order from amazon. I have a huge list besides these that i'd like to read, but i was wondering if u guys had any suggestions

I liked Mantle's alot... I had to do a whole big project on him in 8th grade and the book. It was interesting. I will try to find the book and let you know the title... haven't seen it in awhile.

Mickey Mantle's book that I read is called The Quality of Courage... it's been awhile since I read it so I thought it was a biography, but its more of stories of players from Mickey's point of view and his feelings on subjects. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it.
