October 3, 200421 yr Bobby V is the kind of manager the Mets need, he takes crap from no one and lays down the law. IMO he shouldn't have been fired in the first place. But his return is far from definite, a lot of bridges were burnt between V and Fred Wilpon. It will take a major concession on the part of management to bring him back.
