Interesting that the Final Civil Rights Act was voted Liberal, but a lot of the amendments were started by Strom Thurmond. I see a problem here, as those amendments were meant to give as little rights to the blacks.

They depend on a group manager to make health choices for the group instead of doctors. So in Saddam's case the ways of him ignoring the UN, US, UK, and other EU powers' calls for him to open up to true inspections and follow the treaty he signed after the Gulf War is not justification for taking him out of power? The last major time we let a country slide on a treaty Nazi Germany and WWII happened.
October 25, 200421 yr Look at the final vote I put up. The Republicans, who were the minority, were the ones who pushed the bill and more Republicans by percentage voted for the bill than Democrats. The Democrats also led the filibuster that lasted 84 hours I believe.
