Tell me why they'd trade Aubrey Huff, one of the league's best up-and-coming hitters who's making $325,000 this season? July 3, 200323 yr The Mets and Rangers are going on a fire sale of sorts..... They are not going on a traditional fire sale, because they will pay the majority of any contract they trade. Their goals are to get some mid-level to decent prospects in exchange for various players. None are coming to Florida.
