October 26, 200421 yr DAVIE -- Dolphins General Manager Rick Spielman drafted Arkansas' Tony Bua to be a linebacker and "hard-core special teams" player. So they expect Bua, a fifth-round draft choice Sunday, to make plays like his blocked field-goal return against Florida last season. They don't want Bua to duplicate his more infamous play in that game, a hit on Gators quarterback Chris Leak that drew a flag and ruined the Razorbacks' comeback. "It's a fine line when you play with emotion," Bua said by telephone Sunday. "Sometimes you can let it get the best of you." That's what happened to Bua against the Gators in October. The hit on Leak wiped out an interception. The Razorbacks had scored 21 fourth-quarter points, but the penalty allowed Florida to run out the clock for a 33-28 victory at Razorbacks Stadium.
