July 6, 200322 yr This team can really dig deep and pull out the win. I believe a good team wins these kind of games and lately we have had done just that. Coming into this series I thought it would be very tough to come into the vet and take 2 out of 3 yet I was wrong once again. Winning here in the vet will give the Marlins some much need confidence heading into the Cubs and Expos series. This Bullpen though scares the heck out of me every single time out. I hope Admin during the All Star Break will get an arm or two to help this team make a strong run at the WC. Luckily we still play a lot of games within our division and that is good because we seem to play very well against every team in our division. I strongly believe we are 2 arms away from winning the N.L. east let alone the Wild Card.
July 6, 200322 yr I think the pen has done fine considering small strike zone night in game 1 and A-Gon's error on a DP tonight. Not saying I feel safe with it, but their performance the last 5 games has been above average. And our starters!?!? holy s***...dominance.

July 6, 200322 yr Houston lost again today to the Pirates moving us ahead of them in the wild card standings :blink: ...Mil and Atl are down one run in the 9th to Colorado/Montreal. Comebacks there would be huge!
July 6, 200322 yr We can't lose. We got the best infield in baseball...And Redman is starting tommorow. All Our starting pitching has been consistent in the past 5 games.And yea we are a better team then the phillies.

July 6, 200322 yr 3-2 count on Furcal who was down 0-2....foul...Biddle...walks in the winning run...Braves score 2 runs in the bottom of the 9th on one hit. wow. We gain a game on every team ahead of us in the wild card except the cubs and dodgers.
