November 16, 200421 yr I say yes. He has been one of the strangest Secretaries of Defense ever to hold the office, like the time he confused Saddam and Osama bin Laden. He was never held accountable like he should have been for the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. There are plenty of other reasons as well.

And the only people whose opinions on Abu Ghraib matter are people that have been in similar situations before and can actually comment on that as an isolated incident vs. an order for up high. The soldiers responsible need to go down and thats it. Truth is, there is nothing wrong if humiliation to a lesser degree is used to get info from prisoners. Sure beats beheading, torture, and beatings. The stupidity about these ppl was taking pictures and film of that crap
