December 28, 200421 yr Cleveland is moving slowly on Millwood and rightfully so, considering his health problems. The Cleveland Plain Dealer sights problems with his elbow, shoulder and groin that will limit his deal to one year, if after a two day physical they believe he's still able to pitch.
