I own Photoshop 5.5 and the disk is all scratched up after having it for like 4 years. I'm trying to re-install it but I can't because the disk is so scratched. How can I get the scratches out or what can I do?

dude i think you have to go out and buy another one. i havent heard of anything that will get scratches off cd's. i could be wrong though.

Download a copy off a P2P program.

They sell scratch repair stuff at Best Buy and places like that.

i do not want to take responsibility for damagin ur disk further, but for my friends DVDs, i recomened peanut butter, yes thats right, peanut butter. it worked good fro him.. just smear it on all over the disj, and wipe it down clean...my suggestion is only use this as a last resort, because, like i said, i dunno wut it will do to ur disk, jus that it helped my friends..

The Disc Dr. works great for all discs with no very major damage. It's about 30 bucks and I got mine at EB Games.
