Saying that something could have been prevented and saying that bush knew it was going to happen are very different. Not taking the proper precautions does not mean knowledge of the incident. In fact one of the reasons we were so unprepared for 9-11 was b/c no one thought it could actually happen. American hubris. Had the building code in Dade county been reformed before 1992 the damage during hurricane andrew would not have been as severe, that doesnt mean that in 1991 people knew that a category 5 hurricane was going to hit dade but did nothing

Please go find it. The History channel also talks about the moon landing not happening(evidence of it) and the conspiracy theories behind the JFK assasination. Its just as much a conspiracy theory. That doesnt make either true. There is the same circumstantial evidence for FDR as there is for Bush but clearly youre treating one differently from the other. Unless of course you can go show me the actual physical evidence.
