Brian Giles

Featured Replies

Im sure we an go after him with him in a team that isnt in contention but we need the money. He costs a little too much and he would be the perfect Left handed power bat we have been looking for. Jawue Joness another one that would be good but he wants well over 7 Million....

how much does brian giles make?

about 7 mil i think

lol

Brain Giles a Marlin?????

do you know the da Dudgers offered O.Prez a guy who last year went 15-10 with a 3.00 ERA and this year is 6-7 with a 4.25 ERA and Highly wantted prospects???

and the Pirates said "NO"

O.Prez is 25 years old and is a stud and they said no to to him!!!

WTF makes you think we can get him, the pirates asking price is way too high yes Giles is making 7 mil this year and has 3.5 left for the year. but next year i think he is suppose to make 10 mil....

im not sayin Giles is worth it, but no way in hell we get him..

Id rather go after Trot Nixon or Jermey Burnitz cuz these guys wont cost as much and are all similar to Frenchy

Frenchy haveing a great year batting 283 12 bombs and 56 RBI's

Geez...I thought I being original in suggesting Giles! I agree Odom, you make a good point about the Dodgers not being able to pry Giles from the Pirates, but the Pirates are going to have to trade him soon I think. GIles makes too much money and the Pirates are too many players away from contending. Now, that is a team I wouldnt want to be a fan of... :D
