West Virginia pulled off the 78-72 shocker over #1 seeded Boston College to move to the semi's, and pretty much lock themselves into the Big Dance at 20-9.

 

And right now, Villanova with the lead in a defensive struggle against Pittsburgh in game 2 late in the 1st half.

Villanova beats Pitt by 9 and will take on West Virginia tomorrow in the semifinals.

Not shocked by BC losing. I would call it a very mild surprise. We all know the Big East is deep. You got Pitt and Villanova playing the quarters, that's pretty good.

The reason I was shocked is that BC DESTROYED West Virginia TWICE this season.

 

Anyways, Georgetown and UConn in the early going right now.
