March 26, 200521 yr I gotta give Duke credit, they had a great season considering the circumstances they were under. Paul Davis was a man tonight though, and the athletic wings of Sparty gave Redick all kinds of issues, just a bad matchup from Duke's perspective, and as a result they fell.

Redick never got free and Shelden made a dumb foul to sit down. MSU played a good, not great game over a team who I think last emotions were drained in that ACC Final. Great season guys weathering the losses of your best player and no. 1 recruit. Thanks for a great 4 years #5. Now its time to wait out the Shelden Williams to the NBA rumors and the like. Good luck to all the remaining teams. I will be pulling hardest for Louisville though.

March 26, 200521 yr Carolina played awful in the first, but better in the second half. Their shooting was greatly improved, but they still didnt play well in the second. They can only get better after this one. Also: I like that Carolina is playing in Syracuse, because that atmosphere is the closest thing to the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis

March 26, 200521 yr I will never understand Duke hate (unless you are a Carolina fan, then the hate is mutual and understandable). Sure, other teams have their thugs (Chris Paul of Wake Forest) or malcontents (Rashad McCants of UNC). But Duke has one thing those schools don't have: a white superstar (and don't you dare say that isn't a factor in the hatred).

What? 2) I hate Duke more than you, but Im not gonna take shots at them bc I respect how hard they played this year and how far they got without depth. Ill always hate everything about Duke, but show em some respect for this
