April 25, 200521 yr http://goduke.collegesports.com/sports/m-b.../042505aaa.html "From the time I arrived in Durham it has been my goal to earn my degree. For that reason along with others, I am going to pass on the opportunity to enter the NBA Draft," said Williams. "I am looking forward to finishing off my academic career with a degree and also returning to the playing court to help Duke compete for the National Championship next season." Game. On.
April 25, 200521 yr Congrats, great guy for Duke to have back. Very possible Duke could be preseason #1 this year.
April 25, 200521 yr Duke should be preseason #1. 754784[/snapback] UConn will compete with them for that honor.
April 26, 200521 yr Come on, Duke will be #1. ACC bias. I'm very excited for next year. We should be miles better than this year, and depending on the development of the young'uns and Nelson this could be the best Duke team since the 2001-2002 squad. I expect Shelden to have a monster season. This was a good decision by him because it really seemed like he lost some of his aggressiveness as the season went on...perhaps he was fatigued, but I also think the worries about foul trouble go to his head. This year, we'll have enough depth that he won't have to worry about that stuff anymore.
April 26, 200521 yr Let's not countt the title yet for Duke next year....Unfortunately, Villanova's gonna be there and they have the guard play to match Duke and maybe surpass them.
April 26, 200521 yr No one has said Duke will win the title next year. And yes, Nova will be awesome next season.
April 26, 200521 yr Author Villanova is just a sexy pick right now, I think they are very good, but more of a sleeper that will never develop. Kentucky is a top 3 team, UConn will be very good, Texas and MSU look like better teams to me right now as well.
