Ramp
after the Hammerheads got 2 in the 7th, Vargas served up a 2 run bomb
WildMarlinMan2003
Vargas is moving up our prospect charts as we speak.
butchy
just got back from the game- Vargas pitched extremely well. With 2 out in the seventh he gave up a fly ball home run inside the right field foul pole (or so the umpire said) . Everyone argued, including Vargas. From my viewpoint , it was a foul ball. That was Vargas' last pitch. He threw 103 pitches. The Hammerheads had 2 guys thrown out at the plate. One, Reggie Abercrombie, was so safe that the home plate umpire took abuse from us 700 fans the rest of the game. The game was lost in the bottom of the 10th inning, when new closer (Carlos Martinez) gave up a walk, stolen base, Balk, and a sac fly. Before the game Kevin Cave was sent to Carolina. Ramp
how did Reggie look tonight? he has been on fire as of late
butchy
he can sure get around on a fastball but looked REAL bad swinging and missing on 3 consecutive breaking pitches. He sure is built solid and can run FAST. He covers a lot of ground in center field.

He needs to become a better contact hitter because major league pitchers will own him.

I mean Ramon Castro hit like .320 with 25 homers one season.
Shamrock
If willingham plays the entire season in Albuquerque he will shatter that easily.
