Mie's swings looked very solid last night. Let's hope he doesn't fall back into the rut like he did last time he was coming out of it.

Its nice to see the Marlins scoring some runs, hopefully this will continue for the whole season. Once JP, Delgado and Mikey get hot we could score a ton of runs.

There really isn't any reason why they shouldn't. If Cabs, Lo Duca and Juan Enc can stay hot, Luis gets healthy and A-Gonz does what he usually does, then we should be in pretty good shape.

In fact the Fish have averaged a dozen hits a game for the last four games.

 

If and when Lowell can starting hitting with regularity, whether it be HRs or singles, and JP returns to his usual form, this team will be fine. Heck, they're well now, having weathered their west coast trip and coming home to recapture first place.

but regardless you have to figure if this team hits for their own personal averages then theres no reason they shouldn't just absolutely take off
