Posted May 27, 200519 yr Jeff Allison has been of the feel good stories of the season so far, but there could be problems on the horizon. The Greensboro righthander was sent to the Marlins' complex in Jupiter, Fla., with reports of a tender rotator cuff. Allison is scheduled to pitch again on Monday in Charleston, SC. according to baseballamerica
May 27, 200519 yr hopefully it's just from the time being away it would suck if it's something serious cause he was starting to gain confidence and velocity
May 28, 200519 yr At least it's arm trouble and not drug trouble. Change the title of the topic, dood.
May 28, 200519 yr has he been on any kind of Max. pitch count since his first start? 786005 Not likely. They baby minor league pitchers a lot. Rarely do they pitch past 5 innings down there.
May 28, 200519 yr Interesting. He was scheduled to pitch yesterday. He had a light day his last time out. Listening to an inning or two on the radio, he throwing all his stuff for strikes and not trying to overpower guys. Hope it's nothign serious.
May 28, 200519 yr ncmarlin that ballpark in Charleston is beautiful. If you get a chance I'd hop over there and catch the game.
May 29, 200519 yr I was wondering why he didn't pitch yesterday. 786189 Chris threw on Friday night....nothing on Sat as it was not a save opportunity...he will throw tonight no matter what..... 19
