There's something more going on here that we as fans haven't been let in on. Here's a guy with some of the best numbers we've seen in a minor league closer in the Marlins organization for years, sheesh for a decade and not only doesn't he get a callup, HE GOES TO JAPAN !!! I suspect the $$$ is that a Japanese team has offered him big bucks and the Marlins have accomodated him, because let's face it if he makes up to the bigs he's going to make the minimum ($300k+) the first few years. I'm going to email Boog and LeBatard and ask them if they know. It's confounding. :banghead
