said beckett left with a blister

lelts talk about how espn always screws up everything with the marlins

calling mark redman mike redmond

kevin millar, miller

ugh freaking

if they're gonna be the 'world wide leader in sports' then they should report accurate information.

never know man...

they all were looking at his hand tonight

If you complain about people mixing up Mark and Mike or Miller and Millar, you're an idiot. Also, next time I see you with a typographical or grammatical error, I'm going to call you out.

Bowa also said Rollins should start at SS....that lends enough credibility.

Dunlop said in the postgame interview that it was just precautionary and that Beckett was worn out from the heat and humidity.

They probably sent him out there just to give Olsen more time to warm up.

no, they called hime, 'mike redmond' as in the catcher, and it was the pitcher

its just that, if youre going to be a professional, you should know the field that you're in. its part of their job

thats what happend. if they would have taken him out right away, he woulda only gotten 8 warm up pitches.. by letting beckett warm up on the mound and taking him out with the trainer on the mound, it allowed olsen to have as much time to warm up as he needed. brilliant coaching strategy if u sask me

Yeah, great move.

sportscenter got the good call

ESPN never messes up Millar's name, ever since the Red Sox officially became a bandwagon team a few years ago, ESPN never messed up any names of Sox players.

so that is not true?

I was sitting right behind the Marlins dugout right at the point where Josh walked under towards the left side, and he was laughing and smiling with the trainer when he was walking off the field, if he truly had a blister and was headed back to the DL, I doubt he would have been acting like he did.

Just a precautionary measure

``We're trying to make every start from here on out,'' said Beckett, the 2003 World Series MVP. ``And we're just being smart about it. ... Everything's great. I'm going to make my next start, throw my next bullpen (session) and everything.''

To ESPN, baseball doesn't exist if the Yankees or Red Sox aren't involved. I think I've seen every game they've played this season on ESPN.
