September 17, 200520 yr yeah it works i had a teacher who used it and lost a s***load of weight but... i'm not sre how good it is for you. you have to eat right, exercise and diet while you use it
September 17, 200520 yr I took it for awhile to go from 200 to 190, and it did the job - but that was a few years ago, when ephedra was still in it. It's ok, but you get the same results by eating smart and exercising.
