October 4, 200521 yr The Dodgers and manager Jim Tracy have "mutually agreed to part ways," the club announced tonight. Tracy went 427-383 in his five years as the Dodgers' manager and he doesn't deserve all that much of the blame for the team's problems this season, but it became obvious that he and GM Paul DePodesta weren't always seeing eye to eye and the Dodgers need a manager who is more in tune with the organizational philosophy.
