November 2, 200521 yr Those refs deserve to be fined. How many times did the Canadians get calls that we didn't get. I lost count. And the last two times, the Gratton miscall and the tripping of Sean Hill that led to the winning goal. Holy sh*t, I am about ready to have a cow.
November 2, 200521 yr I wish they'd go back and show what happened to Horton just before the Gratton penalty. Can't say for sure they missed any calls there, but, yeah, those two calls (well, one was a non-call) they made were abysmal and decided the game.
November 2, 200521 yr Author This is just the epitomy of how bad these refs have been to the Panthers this year. Holy crap. How can these guys miss so many calls, and yet, call so many nonexistent calls on the Panthers!?! The NHL needs to look at itself in the mirror good, hard, and long.
November 2, 200521 yr Two of the past 3 games the panthers have blown the game in the last min. On the bright side they are getting points atleast and they are competitive. In the past few seasons we would be getting killed in these games. So as long as we keep improving we should make the playoffs.
November 2, 200521 yr Author Except they wouldn't have blown this lead Jets if it wasn't for a dive that went the refs called as interference on Gelinas.
November 2, 200521 yr Could you guys believe that completely PHANTOM cross checking call on I think it was Jokinen? He doesn't even TOUCH the guy and the refs call him for crosschecking. I was ready to sh*t a brick after that. And how about that call where the Habs player tripped over his own stick and the refs make a tripping call on the Panthers, that was just absurd. If I remember what Dave Strader said, there were 21, count them... TWENTY ONE power plays in last nights game. Ridiculous.
