November 27, 200520 yr MACPFM Webpage I have put together a webpage and subsequent organization for out of staters in my region to come together for one common goal - to do whatever we can to help sway the Marlins and the Florida state and local governments to work out a deal that will keep this club in the Miami area. The webpage is currently under construction. I am planning on adding a guestbook and also starting a petition strictly for out of staters to sign and send to the mayor. Perhaps if the Mayor and the city of Miami knows that the Marlins bring commerce into the state from all over the country, they will consider working out a deal. Anything I can do to help you guys - let me know.

November 27, 200520 yr i'm sure the mayor will be swayed by a geocities website... You know what? At least we're trying. Yea, it's a little geocities site, but that's temporary. We're already planning on making it bigger and better.
November 27, 200520 yr i'm sure the mayor will be swayed by a geocities website... I'm sorry, but what exactly have you done to help this team? Thought so.

November 29, 200520 yr Author Updated with a members page (4 strong so far - it's a start), and a page with Mid-Atlantic Region Marlins Road Games, and links to buy tickets (though most are not available yet)
December 4, 200520 yr Wow, I didn't realize Ohio was even considered Mid-Atlantic. :lol *fires off PM*
December 5, 200520 yr Author Well I think it's close enough. This site is based in the Mid-Atlantic but as far as I'm concerned anyone that's an out-of-state fan should represent themselves.
