Passion
According to WFAN, Bret Boone has signed a minor league deal with the New York Mets. Kaz Matsui has been difficult to move this offseason, but Boone should be given every chance to compete with him this spring for the starting job. Chris Woodward is also in the mix, with Jeff Keppinger and Anderson Hernandez expected to serve as the double-play combination at Triple-A Norfolk. - Rotoworld. FutureGM
It will be interesting to see if Boone has anything left. It shouldn't be hard to do better than last year.

The_Punisher
Boone is done, the guy wasn't even that good during his career, just had about 3 great seasons for seattle before with Atlanta he was a starter, but not that good of a starter...I'd take a chance on his brother Aaron though..
