February 24, 200620 yr I would think he would, no other team really stands out. He played the most years as a Marlin (barring a few more seasons as a Yankee) and won a WS with the fish.
February 24, 200620 yr I dont think he will go in but he was a heck of a player and a good mark on the franchise history for how long we had him. If we had kept 97 today we would of won 98 too I bet.

Yeah, I did a post a while back on this. Sheff should go into the Hall as a Marlin if: 1) He does not win a World Series in New York and hit his 500th homerun in New York. 2) He does not play in a Yankee uniform beyond 2007. 3) He does not return to the Dodgers. 4) He hangs them up with a .29-something career BA and over 500 HR's. FYI, he has played more games as a Fish than any other team (and this includes time lost to serious injury in '95 and the '94 strike, if either of those doesn't happen, this is a wide margin) hit more HR's in a Marlins uniform than any other team and had arguably his best individual season ('96) in a Marlins uniform, and has won his only World Series here.
February 26, 200620 yr I think this topic should be moved to the Marlins section. K. Brown will always be a Marlin. And any negative talk about any of Browns seasons with any team should be treated as heresy by traitors! Long Live K. Brown and thank you for your service to the rightful colors of Teal, and Black. :lol :thumbup
February 26, 200620 yr In the Name of great Marlin players I demand this subject be moved to the Marlins section! Long Live Kevin Brown!
February 27, 200620 yr How is it possible that nobody cares enough about Brown to move this thread to its rightful place?
