they will all learn in time, Joe knows hes made some costly mistakes himself but days like today help turn things around.

Strangely enough (and Ive been a huge Joe G defender) I couldnt help but notice that none of the haters mentioned Joe G's biggest managerial blunder to date: In a scoreless game with and a runner on 3B and the PITCHER on deck and 2 out, JJ incredibly threw a hittable pitch to the #8 hitter who subsequently knocked in the run. :bangdesk

 

Now I didnt read any of the game thread and maybe it was mentioned there but its funny how managerial blunders are ONLY discussed following losses.

Let's put it this way. Giarardi makes me wish for John Boles back. Heck, I'll even take Rene Lacheman.

like I said on another post, the FO gave him a blank check and allowed him to pick all the coaches, etc. Wiley did a great job, and he should have been brought back
