4. Sean West, lhp, Marlins (Low Class A Greensboro)

The last of the Marlins four-first round high school hurlers in 2005, West is having the best season of all of them. The 6-foot-8 lefthander threw 13 scoreless innings last week and is now 2-0, 0.95 in 38 innings.

West and Thompson are passing the Low-A test with flying colors, but Tucker and Volstad are having some problems, especially Tucker.

if west and thompson keep this up they both might crack the top 100 for midseason/next year
