Bat-wise, he's the perfect fit, but they must not have faith in his range as a CF or else he'd be in there, right? whats the deal? he seems to be a 280+ guy w some contact, power, and a little jump in his step. i'm more a football guy than baseball. let me know why they're still tooling w reggie over cody

I am thinking we havent seen Ross in CF yet because Hammer was on the DL. Does anyone know if Cody has played in CF before?

I think tonight we will see either Ross in center or Hermida in center. It also depends on who is DH'ing.

I'm not sure weather he or Amezzaga should play cf, but there is no whay Cody can do worse than Abercrombie. Unlike Reggie, there is an actual chance going into every at-bat that he will make contact.

i'd prefer to have ross in there, he has more of a future than amezaga..kind of like how i'd rather have a youngster in the rotation than moehler.
