Nielsosky
That's one of the best matchups in baseball, period. The first game will probably be close (Beckett vs Schmidt) and if it is you will probably see Uggy in the ballgame. Although it is definitely not for sure that Uggy wil face Bonds at all, if he does it will be very exciting, and yes, a little nerve-racking! 83Gator
Somebody posted a cute stat on the mlb board. Bonds has homered off pitchers whose last name starts with every letter of the alphabet except U and X. IF the Marlins make the playoffs (don't jinx this one too Niels), the Giants fans are hoping Bonds will get to add to the list by getting one off Urbina. AJBurnett34
Beckett vs Shmidt will be a very good matchup. They both are alike with good speed and good offspeed breaking pitches. I will look foward to that game but Uggy vs Bonds wont be that big only if we are winning by a run or something.

Hotcorner
Interesting note: The Marlins are 27-11 against left-handed starters, best in the major leagues. Unfortunately the Giants will likely be throwing 3 righthanders out there.
