Ok CBS says it's 8-5 in the Reds Cubs game, and ESPN says 9-5. Anyone know who's right?

Ok I was just checking espn's gamecast inning by inning coverage and they have Smitherman scoring twice so it is 8-5.

I would probably be happy to see the Cubs in the playoffs if the Marlins weren't in it, and the Cubs hadn't dominated us in the 2 series' against them.

the cubbies and playoffs dont mix though.

 

 

i would not be worried about them...atlanta would beat them.

Scully is great, he does a full one man broadcast every night. this is the way baseball should be called...

 

I recall Scully speaking of the Marlins earlier this season and he had a story about every player good stuff, check him out while you still can.

The biggest benefit of the one man team is the lack of those stupid jokes that the two guys laugh WAY too hard while you look at your buddy and comment about what a couple of losers they are.

 

Happens every game, take it to the bank.
