Rogers works out with the fins

We shouldn't worry about Receivers right now, what we need is a secondary, because ours is practically non-existant.

yeah...can he play safety or guard? those seem to be more pressing needs for us

still a heck of a talent.

we picked up a guard this week. Hopefully daniels is back too for help in the secondary.

He's tried out at a ton of places and no one's picked him up so far. I suspect he's just not looking that impressive. If they want to stick him on the practice squad, that's fine by me. But no way they're giving up a roster spot for him right now.

And now this:

ESPN's John Clayton reports free agent WR Charles Rogers (Lions) did not look too impressive in his workout with the Miami Dolphins, as he didn't show great speed or catch the ball all that well.

He ain't gonna be a Dolphin.

I read somewhere on ESPN (I think under the Phins team page) that Saban's only comments on the workout were that he knew Rogers previously and didn't need to see much and that he looked good. This is an interesting development by Clayton.
