Check the label on any peanut butter and you'll see the same thing, peanut butter is ALL fat and it's not bad at all - peanut butter contains the good fats that any healthy person needs and it is essential to any bodybuilding diet. The good fats in peanut butter are similar to flax seed oil, omega 3, etc. My post-workout meal consists of two tablespoons of peanut butter, among other things.

The fact that there are 170 calories with only 130 from fat is proof that this is a low quality product, all natural peanut butter from the machine at Whole Foods has almost 95% of the calories derived from fat. If there is a huge gap between fat calories and the total calories, that's an easy way to know if it's a low quality product.

peanut butter is absolutely disgusting. i was always the kid that had just jelly sandwiches.
