The MarlinsBaseball.com Awards will be taking place for the 5th time on Monday, August 13th at 9:00 PM Eastern. Eligibility for awards will be from June 1, 2006 - May 31, 2007. Judges will be selected in late May and nominating/voting will be in June and July. The selection of judges is done by me.

 

The toughest awards to compile a list of nominations for each year is traditionally Thread of the Year and Post of the Year. To try and aid this from occuring again, if you feel a thread or post from the past year is worthy of an award -- suggest it for entry into the Hall of Fame. The Hall of Fame can be found by clicking here. Not gaining entry into the Hall of Fame does not mean the thread/post will not be elibigle to win the award in August. This simply will get the thread/post to be noticed by myself and everyone else including the potential judges.

 

A full list of this year's categories will be posted in July. Those users chosen as judges will be receiving a PM from me in a few weeks.
