I understand the first four. Keep out of extreme temperatures. Keep out of sunlight. Keep dry. Keep right side up. But WTF is the last picture supposed to mean!? This was taken from the side of a toner cartridge box and that last image baffles me.

Anyway I'd say the sign has to mean no hats or something. Why else would they draw a guy with a goofy hat?

It is the side of a toner box, so I'd say you're not supposed to get it near your face (eyes, mouth.)
