The old Gator Bowl, renovated/rebuilt for the Jags. Open ends, which have been enclosed for more seating. OB carbon copy. Classic OB open end with scoreboard. OB open end with scoreboard style, but with more seats.

October 19, 200322 yr i got to agree, when people think of some of the greatest games in football whether they involve the canes or not they think the OB. Super Bowls 3, 10 and 13 were all classics. the hail mary pass against UM in 84, Marylands comeback against UM, the 84 Orange Bowl against Nebraska. the 94 OB between FSU and Nebraska. wide right 2, 3, and wide left 1, the '85 monday nighter between the Dolphins and the undefeated Bears. home of the only undefeated team in NFL history and other moments i cant think of right now

Since when has The OB been through decades upon decades of history, when was The OB the place where Joe Montana started it all? The OB has so much crap surrounding it their is no way it could ever be considered the best. Clinton Portis and Irvin are all you really need to say. To be one of the best their has to be a certain luster behind it. Outside of Fla kids, You never hear it was always my dream to play in Orange Bowl. The OB is big too you because you live in Florida

October 19, 200322 yr Author many are putting the orange bowl and cotton bowl together these days... two stadiums that badly need facelifts. suberbowls X and XIII have nothing to do with my feelings. Notre Dame Stadium has had more moments than the Orange Bowl by far. Personally I like the Rose Bowl better than the Orange Bowl.
October 19, 200322 yr well the OB is a dump, i aint gonna lie. yeah Notre Dame has had more moments obviously, but just college football and they all involve the Irish the OB's moments involve college football, pro ball and they dont all involve the canes and the dolphins. all 3 are great stadiums so to pick one is kinda stupid now that i think about it
October 19, 200322 yr It's a dump, but it is the best total stadium for the game of football. No other stadium can compete to the amount of football games played here and all the great players that have passed through it's halls. It is need of a facelift and will soon receive it.
