I wouldn't mind expansion, maybe a team per league and make it into three divisions again?

Eh I think the CBL needs to wait a couple more seasons until New Haven and Houston get on their feet alittle bit. Do we really need 4 really bad expansion teams PLUS the additional already bad teams?

I think spreading out the talent would be a good thing for the league, as expansion serves that purpose.

If I can, I would like to be an expansion team whenever I might be able to.

I think we finished doing that already in the last expansion draft.

There are plenty of owners who don't do anything. There should be an idleness clause in every owner's contract. If you don't keep up with your team, you forfeit your team to someone on a waiting list.

That's pretty hard to determine.

Yeah I don't have any way to determine it because lineup changes are not logged. Also, some owners elect to let their teams stay with a certain plan and don't make many modifications. It doesn't mean they aren't active.

I know I PMed and IMed one owner a few times, inquiring about players he said were available at the very start of the season. He never got back to me, nor have I seen him make any modifications in a long while. Plus, I'm pretty sure he missed the draft. If there's some reason why you can't tend to the needs of the team, then find an interim owner. There has to be a good faith effort on the part of the owners, otherwise it's bad for the whole league.

I agree with FL. The league needs a way to determine an idleness clause. Either by weekly check-in threads or another method.
