July 30, 200719 yr Ok just a hypothetical here. You get to pick your own delegation to represent you in Governor, Senators, and House member. The only requirement is that for you to pick them they have to be at that current job. Mine: Governor: Ed Rendell. I love Bill Richardson(obviously) and Elliot Spitzer but I like my guy. He's one of the few regular guys left in the place and is truly a smart guy Senate: Chuck Schumer: He might self promote at times and it does get annoying but he truly is a great Senator. One of the few Democrats who doesn't have a knee jerk reaction to every bill that helps Big Buisness. He realizes Buisness and government can actually work together and that gains him a lot of points. Plus he was the architect of the Democrats senate takeover, he's a great fundraiser and a great mind. Byron Dorgan: The man's a genius, and is not an attention starved egomaniac which gains you points in this senate House: Debbie Wasserman Schultz: Pretty left for my taste but she's extremly intelligent and eloquent. Thumbs up job
July 30, 200719 yr Governor: Sarah Palin (R, Alaska) Senate: Bob Corker (R, Tennessee); John McCain (R, Arizona) House: Adam Putnam (R, Florida)
July 30, 200719 yr Governor: Bill Richardson Senator: Chuck Schumer or Barack Obama Rep: No idea there.
July 30, 200719 yr Author Governor: Bill Richardson Senator: Chuck Schumer or Barack Obama Rep: No idea there. :thumbup
July 31, 200719 yr Governor: Sarah Palin (R, Alaska) Senate: Bob Corker (R, Tennessee); John McCain (R, Arizona) House: Adam Putnam (R, Florida) I just want to know why McCain?
July 31, 200719 yr Governor: Charlie Crist (R-FL) I approve of the job he has done so far, being Governor of Florida is not easy and he seems to be getting everything done. Senators: Joe Liberman (ID-CT) & Mitch McConnell (R-KY) I like both and I always want to have one from each party in the Senate so my state is not left out when power shifts. House Rep: Connie Mack (R-FL) I like him, he is my Congressman, and his name carries alot of weight around these parts. BTW Fox, I like Putnam and the rest of your picks.
August 6, 200719 yr Governer: Bill Richardson Senate: Dick Durbin, Jim Webb Representative: Debbie Wasserman Schultz
August 6, 200719 yr I have been happy with Crist's job so far, despite the fact that he's a Republican. If he keeps this up, I might vote to re-elect him in a few years. Lieberman is a joke to me. He is more conservative than some Republicans are, and he loves to blame the creators of video games and movies for violent crimes, when there is no link whatsoever between the two.
August 7, 200719 yr I take back the Wasserman-Schultz pick, though I am a fan I forgot about my favorite Congressman, that I had a chance to hear speak this Summer in DC. Patrick Murphy of Pennsylvania.
