i hate scott boras. he's such a loser.

 

but on the andruw front, he wasn't very good at the plate to say the least, and killed alot of rallies, so on the offense side of the ball, this isn't a hit. but his defense is among the best of all time, and i'm sure all braves fans will miss automatic outs in center. but he wanted way too much and we had to cut ties. i wish andruw all the best in the rest of his career and whoever gets him will have a stellar defense overnight, but may be cursed by his bat.

 

but don't think cf will be jones-free next year. you'll see brandon jones instead, and he's the real deal as well in center.

White Sox does sound like the right place for Andruw or even the Yankees, even with as good of a season Melky Cabrera had at Yankee Staduim

It's not like Pudge was bought to put butts in the seats. I mean, he is well-known, but not the biggest name in the league. Probably similar to Andruw. The Marlins are just a series of one year deals. I bet they could manage a shocker like that. It's the long term deals that have us f***ed.

Im throwing this out there. And no i dont have the link, nor the time to find a link to this. but mark buerhle was quoted as saying the reason he wants to (did) stay with the white sox is cause kenny williams presented him with a list of what the team is going to try and accomplish this offseason. so i might be wrong, but i would like to think andruw jones made the list...maybe aaron rowand as well.

 

but mark stayed for that reason, and id like to think the white sox arent too happy with 2007, and changes will be made.
