February 18, 200818 yr you know its going to be all artzy with loria Loria alone doesn't get to decide what it looks like. The Marlins, the City, and the County will create a "Design review committee", with one member also designated by the Mayor of Miami. They will be advised by the Construction Manager and the "Design and Construction Professionals" as to what designs to pick. It goes deeper than that, but at that point my head goes boom.
