WE gotta support this team!

Good idea. My wife was planning on taking a Saturday off to go as a family. I think I'll tell her to take Sunday off. It should be a better fit for the family. Just trying to pick a weekend series to go to. I'm thinking the Washington series in April to start with. Mets won't be in town on a Sunday till August. I don't think I can wait that long. Gotta get my fix in sometime in April.

Would it help if you could change those 10 vouchers into 14? I'm all for helping families enjoy a day at a game.

There was 30k+ at last nights exhibition game, but the Yankees played a big role in that one.

LOL Seeing that we were outnumbered at least 2-1 by their fans, I think that statement is pretty obvious. Or as the PBP put it in Saturday's edition, "Bronx Zoo Comes To Town."

I sometimes wonder how we're always outnumbered when the Marlins play teams like the Cubs, Mets, Yankees, Red Sox, and Barry Bonds. I mean honestly, is their that many of their fans living here in south Florida?

I didn't feel outnumbered when I went to go see the Giants. I think Barry Bonds attracted them, but they weren't all Bonds' fans.

I went to about 35 games last year. This year I'll try to do the same.

Yes to the Chicago, NYC, and Boston populations being here. No to the Bonds thing. That was a zoo of a totally different nature and crowd. Those 3 day crowds were there because it was the place to be seen while he chased the record. Nothing more. There were some people sitting around us that had absolutely no idea on most of the rules, right down to foul balls. But it was the place to be seen and they have a ticket stub as proof they were actually there.
