June 23, 200818 yr Does anyone know why on milb.com it says nothing for team name when you type in Allison and he hasnt pitched since june 10th?
June 23, 200818 yr He pitched on the 15th in the All-Star game and today being the 22nd his spot in the rotation may not have come up. There is nothing in the Florida State League list of transactions and he is still listed as active on the team's roster.
June 23, 200818 yr Author no hes not on the team. usually when you type his last name, it says under team jupiter but it doesnt and even if he pitched in the all star game it probably wasnt for long and that was one week from today, im sure they would have pitched him by now
June 23, 200818 yr He was at the Hammerheads game tonight as he was charting pitches, I got his picture and autograph, but didn't ask him when he was throwing again. I'm planning on going back to tomorrows game and I'll see if I can find out when he's going to pitch. Also he was on Jupiter roster that I printed out this afternoon.

Beyond that I don't have anything more concrete than that. And usually when he falls off the wagon one the Boston dailies has the story first and there's been nothing there either.
June 23, 200818 yr They rather often don't have the team next to the players name. I was looking up a lot of guys a few days ago and several of them didn't have a team listed next to their name via the search, but they were on teams. Allison is still in Jupiter.

June 24, 200818 yr Jeff pitched in last night's game and picked up his fifth win of the season. He was helped out because the Hammerheads hit the cover off the ball. Final score was 14-7. Allison's line: 5 IP, 7 H, 5 R (4 ER), 0 BB, 4 K, 3 HR ALLOWED
